All our software are virus free and are tested to be bug free however any software may sometime malfunction due to different reasons including incompatibilities with your hardware and/or other software already installed on it. All products sold have a 10 days return policy from the date of installation if they are found defected or malfuntioning not related to the buyer. In such case we reserve the right (but are not obliged to) examin the software and find the cause of the fault and resolve the issue however, should this be too difficult or impossible, the buyer has the right to a refund equal to full purchase amount after deduction of transaction charges.

All services and subscriptions can be canceled with a one month prior notice. In that case the balance of the amount paid by the buyer will be refunded after deduting all transaction costs. Transaction charges shall be paid by the buyer at all times All products are sold on an “As Is” basis and any additional features are chergeable.
