Once payment is received for a product or a service, you will be contacted by us within 2 working days to arrange the delivery. Please make sure that we can reach you on the mobile number you have provided specially if you are a broker and are purchasing a software that falls under the category of “Software for Brokers”. We will inform you about the pre-requisits for the purchased products/services and you shall provide us with the necessary information and accesses if required. Once such information is provided to us, within 2 working days we will inform you about the fixed time of the delivery that shall not be later than 3 working days from the notice date.

Kindly note that all products are sold on “As Is” basis and they don’t require any maintenance in general. Any required customizations and/or additional features and/or aftersales additional services must be negotiated and will be part of a separate agreement.
